Doha, July 14 (QNA) - HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani held on Tuesday evening via telephone a conversation with HE Luis Rodolfo Abinader, during which His Highness congratulated him on his victory in the presidential elections of the Dominican Republic and wished him success.
